David Frost

David is a tax specialist in the firm. He specialises in all aspects of personal taxation with a particular emphasis on capital taxes.

David is a member and past president of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has written many articles on taxation issues and lectures widely.

David is based in our Exeter office.
